All conference attendees must complete registration and payment in order to participate.

Registration includes admission for the Sunday evening Meet-and-Greet and the two-day conference, with lunch and coffee breaks both days, plus the option to add-on the banquet dinner.

 

See the following sections for guidance and links to register and pay for the conference based on one of the following:

1. You are attending on behalf of or looking to register as a corporate member

3. You are attending virtually

4. You would like to sponsor the conference and/or arrange a vendor booth

1. Has your institution joined as a Corporate Member? If so, you are entitled to register TWO conference attendees for the 2026 Conference in Dartmouth.

 

Corporate members can purchase the banquet add-on for $80 per person.

a. If you are an instructor or employee in a member institution, please ask your supervisor before paying to confirm that they wish to apply one of the "free" registrations for you.

2. Individual registration to attend the in-person to attend the 2026 Conference in Dartmouth.

Early-bird pricing is $225 until April 30, after which the regular cost will be $250. Registration closes on June 6.

At this time, we are using PayPal to process payments, and there is a markup on these prices to offset the PayPal fees. If you wish to cancel your registration, payments may be refunded up till May 9th, but the PayPal fees are non-refundable.​

3. Registration to attend the online component of IPECC 2026 virtually is $50

​

(Note that there is no automatic email confirmation after submitting the registration form. Your registration confirmation will be emailed to you within 10 business days. The link to join the Teams conference session will be sent out several weeks before the conference.)

 

b. Save on airfare and accommodation while participating in subcommittee sessions and workshops from the comfort of your own office. The physical breakout rooms at the conference are equipped with audio-visual equipment that will facilitate remote participation. The Main Hall may also be set up for online participation.

c. When IPECC’s subcommittees generate motions, they are ultimately brought to a Delegate Vote, with 2 voters allowed from each province and territory. Delegate Voting sessions and deliberation will be held online to allow easier participation from representatives across all across Canada.​
